Our inspections meet or exceed the nationally accepted ASHI standard of practice and code of ethics. Our comprehensive inspections include inspection of all major structural components, electrical, plumbing, heating, kitchen and bath installations, and the grounds.

The average inspection requires 3 to 4 hours to complete. The client receives an extensive 35 page, bound report with an individualized summary and pictures.

The owner, Derik Brasher, is a certified graduate of ITA (Inspection Training Associates) which is a Kaplan Professional School located in Oceanside, California.

Why Use Osmosis?

Embroidery Designing by Suzanne has the ability to create original designs from in house artwork. We offer a full line of garments which includes shirts, sweatshirts, sports apparel, caps to name a few. We also offer custom sewing and alterations.

As we are expanding to accommodate customers’ needs, a variety of sewing supplies is offered to the crafter’s market; supplies such as sewing notions, fabrics, quilting and embroidery supplies.
